Rezoning and Subdivision Site of about 83,100m2. One of the most complicated process of obtaining approvals from Government Statutory Bodies. Liaising and dealing with Local Council and State Government Organisations, including Blacktown City Council, the NSW Department of Environment and Conservation (DEC), the NSW Department of Natural Resources (DNR), the NSW Department of Infrastructure Planning and Natural Resources (DIPNR), and the RTA.
Successfully achieving all relevant required approvals, such as Part 3A (Permit to Destroy), Section 90 (Consent to Destroy), and RTA Development and Construction Application. One of the most successful achievements is to redesign and negotiate with Leighton Pty Ltd (The RTA ‘s Contractor) in order to save Client A$1-2 Millions, initially claimed by Leighton of A$2-3 Millions reduced to A$80,000. Preparing and Designing Architectural Site Plan and Levels, Contract and Administration Documents, dealing with tender process, reviewing and negotiating tenders.
