Managing the Project from Land Acquisition, Conceptual Design to Practical Completion and Fit-out of Stages 1, 2 and 3, responsible for project costing, scheduling, progress claims, invoicing, programming and all budgetary requirements, dealing with all stages of project delivery, resolution of engineering, construction problems, and supervision of all the project team including Strategy Management, Estimate/ Cost Plan, Construction, Operations and external Consultants undertaking a key role in Business Development, Client and the Contractor.
